From Hawa Mahal to Modern Jaipur – Seven Generations of Excellence

From the design of the world-famous Hawa Mahal by Late Shri Laal Chand Usta to the master planning of Jaipur city in 1727, our journey began with the great Kumawat architects who shaped India’s first planned city. Inspired by the principles of Vastu Shastra and the Navgrah system, Jaipur was divided into nine zones, connected through 90-degree aligned roads, choppads, and vibrant markets. Even after 300 glorious years, the city’s drainage system, traffic planning, and architectural harmony remain unmatched worldwide.

For seven generations, Vastu Jaipur has preserved this architectural excellence through iconic works such as Ishaarlaat Laat, LMB Hotel (first RCC building), and countless heritage landmarks. Today, under the leadership of Dr. Arun Kasumbiwal, we continue this tradition with expertise in residential, commercial, heritage conservation, and township projects across India. With over 3000+ projects delivered, we combine authenticity, Vastu application, and modern design to create spaces that inspire for generations to come.
