From the family of Architecture Who designed world famous Hawa Mahal of Jaipur Late Shri Laal Chand Usta. Great kumawat wats - who created world heritage Jaipur city. From concept to completion of this would heritage city story begins in 1727 , when Sawai Jai Singh was planned for a new city called Jaipur after facing population presence and limitation of space in Amer state . He selected the site with the help of Royal Family , Kumawat Architects & closen the Principle of Vastu Jaipur a Tour planning concepts for planning of this wonder city of Jaipur.

Vision of Sawai Jai Singh

Swai Raaja Jai Singh was a great thinker. In fact an astronomist and a great lover of Architecture. He encouraged Kumwat Community to design and build this beautiful city.

Vastu principles that designed India’s first planned city

City of Nine Planets

On the basic concepts of the 9 Planets (Navgrah) and the whole city was planned 9 zones, the selection of the 90 degree Angle road alignment and street alignment makes smooth Traffic and convenient communication among the people of city. Placed on 3 choppads which are still the main attraction and Junction point of the Jaipur are Streets are connected with markets and markets are connected with the Choppads . Well designed water and draining system still surviving after 300 glorious Years of Jaipur .

The Pink City Legacy

Pink City, still attracting the whole would for its beautiful architecture and best town planning . The harmony of the entire building structure Which includes wides stairs large Entrance Gate /(Polis), sitting gokhas, Arches and Kshatris, warranda - Terraces on the main Markets allows general public to attend public events, covered verandas in the main Market for comfortable walk of visitors . It was also wonderful that 300 years ago the great Kumawats, divided on way traffic for all markets so these all makes a Jaipur city in India’s First Planned City.

Architectural legacy passed from masters to modern visionaries

7 generation of Vastu Jaipur since 1727, almost 7th generation contributed their design and build skills in development of this world heritage city. Important names are Mr. Anant Ram Usta, Shree Chote Lal Usta, Shree Birdhi Chand Usda, Shree Raghunath Ji Usta, Shree Laal Chand Ji who designed the world-famous Hawa Mahal, Shree Ladu Ji Usta who created Ishaarlaat Laat, Shree Badri Narayan Ji who built the LMB Hotel as the first RCC building, Mr. Ghanshyam Ji, and Mr. Manhor Singh Ji, the first Jaipur based architect who started feature in 1960 in Dubai. Shree Dunga Lal Ji Kasumbiwal also served for 42 years in Jaipur Development Authority and was responsible for shaping modern Jaipur.
